Everything was perfect as expected. Everyone who worked there was welcoming and active. The location was central, handy in the pub next door. Plus, it was adjacent to the city center, Liverpool and Prenton Park. They offered us fine meals, had plenty of options to choose from. Liked our very good stay on a business trip.

Lovely place for 1 night. The breakfast with porridge provided in a pot.- Handy location in the pretty quiet area, near to a very good pub serving reasonably priced and well-cooked evening meals, the city center, and the ferry port.

The size of the room and bathroom was great, providing plenty of space to move around comfortably. the little kitchenette area was a nice touch, allowing us to have a snack breakfast in the room. the provided breakfast items, such as porridge, croissant, and bread for toasting, were a convenient and tasty start to the day. the abundance of tea, coffee, and milk, along with the addition of hot chocolate, ensured we had plenty of options for our morning beverages. We were also impressed by the toiletries provided in the bathroom, and the cozy fleecy blanket was a nice touch for chilly nights. the helpful instructions displayed throughout the hotel made navigating the area and finding nearby attractions a breeze.
The outside appearance of the building may not have been the most visually appealing, but it was the interior that truly mattered. We also encountered some issues with the TV, as it only worked through the internet and would occasionally freeze, making it difficult to watch.
